Our services are offered through monthly retainers rather than hourly blocks. This allows for continuity, proactive support, and operational ownership—so you’re not managing tasks or tracking time.

Each retainer is structured around outcomes, not minutes, and is designed to support your workflow consistently throughout the month.


What is included in a monthly retainer?

Each retainer includes dedicated executive support aligned to your selected package level. This typically covers:

  • Calendar and inbox management

  • Priority tracking and task coordination

  • Meeting preparation and follow-through

  • Ongoing operational support

Scope and level of involvement increase with each package, and all work is delivered within a sustainable, high-quality support structure.


Are optional add-ons available?

Yes. Optional add-ons are available to enhance your retainer when aligned with your goals and workflow.

Common add-ons include:

  • Expanded inbox management

  • Weekly planning or prioritization sessions

  • Workflow or process optimization projects

  • Cross-team coordination support

Add-ons are scoped intentionally and added to your monthly retainer as needed.


How do you handle urgent or last-minute requests?

We prioritize proactive planning and structured support. While urgent needs may arise, ongoing “fire drill” or last-minute requests outside of scope are not included unless previously agreed upon.

This approach ensures consistent, high-quality support and prevents burnout-driven workflows.

To maintain clarity and effectiveness, our retainers do not include:

  • Personal or household tasks (unless explicitly agreed)

  • Work requiring 24/7 availability

  • Crisis or emergency response outside defined scope

  • One-off administrative tasks without ongoing partnership
