Experienced, grounded, and genuinely invested in moving good work forward.
I’m Tasha Lawson, the person behind Remote Assist Solutions. For more than two decades, I’ve helped executives, leaders, and teams bring order to competing priorities, coordinate complex work, and make sure important details do not get lost.
I take the work seriously—but I also believe a full life makes us better at what we do. I bring professionalism, perspective, warmth, and a healthy sense of humor to every partnership.
Experience that knows how to adapt.
My career has been built in environments where priorities shift, expectations are high, and follow-through matters. I understand how to assess what needs attention, create structure around the work, and keep things moving without creating more noise.
Remote Assist Solutions is the next evolution of that experience. It allows me to support clients in a focused, flexible way—through administrative execution, project coordination, operational support, and thoughtful advisory work.
At this stage of my career, I am not settling or simply staying busy. I am intentionally enhancing the work life I have built: choosing meaningful assignments, partnering with people I respect, and doing work where my experience can make a real difference.
The RAS mission
Experienced support that makes room for progress.
Through Remote Assist Solutions, I help leaders and business owners move important work forward by providing experienced administrative, operational, and project support shaped around what they actually need.
My goal is to bring clarity to the moving pieces, reliable follow-through to the work, and thoughtful support that gives my clients more room to focus on their priorities—with confidence that the details are being handled.
What it feels like to work together
Thoughtful
I pay attention to context, ask the right questions, and consider how each detail connects to the bigger picture.
Dependable
I communicate clearly, establish realistic expectations, and follow the work through with care.
Human
I value professionalism without pretense—and partnerships where people can be capable, candid, and themselves.
“I’ve learned how to balance what needs to get done with the life I want to enjoy.”
That perspective shapes how I work: with calm, intention, resourcefulness, and appreciation for the fact that our work should support a meaningful life—not consume it.
Let’s move the right work forward.
If you value experience, clear communication, and a partner who knows how to balance professionalism with personality, we may be a great fit.
