Hello, I’m Tasha.

I’m an experienced executive support and operations professional with more than 20 years of helping leaders, teams, and organizations manage competing priorities, navigate complex projects, and keep important work moving forward.

Over the years, I’ve learned that being good at what you do isn’t only about working harder or taking on more. It’s about knowing how to bring structure to complexity, stay calm when plans change, and make thoughtful decisions about what needs attention now—and what can wait.

That perspective shapes how I work and how I live. I’m professional, dependable, and serious about delivering high-quality work, but I also believe there should be room for personality, laughter, travel, family, and the life we’re working so hard to build.

At this stage of my career, I’m not looking to fill every available hour or say yes to every opportunity. I’m intentionally building a business that enhances my work life by allowing me to use my experience in meaningful ways, support people I enjoy working with, and take on projects where I can make a genuine difference.

If you value clear communication, mutual respect, thoughtful collaboration, and getting things done without creating unnecessary chaos, we’ll probably work well together.

The Mission of RAS

Through Remote Assist Solutions, I provide flexible project management, operational coordination, and administrative support for busy leaders, small teams, and mission-driven organizations.

I step in to manage the projects, details, logistics, research, and lingering to-do items that are important but don’t always receive the time or attention they deserve. Whether you need someone to bring structure to an idea, coordinate the moving pieces of a project, or simply take a few things off your plate, I bring the experience, judgment, and follow-through needed to move the work forward.

My mission is to provide reliable, high-quality support that creates more clarity, capacity, and breathing room—for my clients and for myself. RAS is built on professionalism, trust, flexibility, and the belief that meaningful work and a well-lived life can coexist.
